The Church Weekend away (Massembre 21st-23rd November), is really taking   shape. We have a programme, a speaker, a hatful of helpers and even some people signed up!

First put the weekend of 21st November in your diary, then take a look at what's happening.  It's going to be an incredible weekend; we expect God will meet with us in a fresh and spectacular way. Stay tuned to this site, we'll be updating it all the time with new information.

If you met with God at Faith Camp, Detling, New Wine, Soul Survivor, Spring Harvest, and you want to bring that deeper relationship into our churches in Brussels...or if you didn't, but wish that you had...

Real Men Don't Go To Church

Another fascinating LINK event open to all... main speaker, Dave Hopwood, says:

God at the Movies

Faith, Film and Big Screen Theology
Nothing connects with today’s culture and the way people think more than cinema. You need not be a film buff to be inspired by how Dave Hopwood, Lee Abbey UK’s Creative Arts Director and bestselling author, draws messages of God’s truth from Hollywood.

Dave says: ‘How often do we settle down to watch a dvd and sit through 90 mins of trauma, tragedy and terror, yet miss the deeper signals? It seems to me films are littered with signs of the kingdom. They’re bound to be, God loves to communicate through stories. And not just the happy Disney PG rated films.’

Curry Night

On Friday 17th November we are going to eat at the Jaipur restaurant in Uccle (Avenue De Fré  201, see www.resto.be for more), We will be there by 8.30 to eat although we may gather nearby for a drink before hand. Lifts can be provided too if you don't have deep knowledge of the road system in Uccle!
